As bare figures are confirming, a changing thought process is necessary: Meanwhile, approx.. 75 percent of all middle Europeans are dying due to their destructive lifestyles on two diseases of civilization: cardiovascular diseases (50 %) and cancer (25 %). Additionally, 85 percent of the population is suffering of intestinal problems.
Most important, we need three things:
– An intact immune system
Free radicals are being produced by too much negative stress (distress). These aggressive oxygen molecules may cause long-term diseases of civilization, such as cancer.
The essence of learning is how to stop trapping thoughts by emptying the head. In order of feeling once more our intuition, relaxing our mind is an important step. Furthermore, getting rid of ancient, negative unconscious thought patterns, having been implanted already during childhood, is another one. These have greatly influenced our ˝personality˝ of later ages. By the way, this term derived from the Greek word ˝persona˝, meaning mask. Therefore, it is essential of taking off the masks in order to live authentically.
Within most people, an ˝inner saboteur˝ is present, telling us e.g. that we are unsatisfying or undeserving of any success. Such negative thought and patterns are visualizing themselves through bad relationships of financial problems, as well as in tensions of our body. These energy blockades are responsible of making us tired, and burned out. Finally, they are causing mental and physical diseases. Then, pathogens such as bacteria, viruses and fungi are having it easy of entering a body with a weakened immune system.
Nowadays, in order of warming up the ˝cold spots˝ within our body, numerous offers of relaxation methods and soft forms of therapy are available – we are all here to let go of any mental waste and to reduce the inner pressure, thus, effortlessly living within the ever present river of life.
